AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT TEST INSTRUCTIONS
Camp Testing powered will not be responsible for tests that have an insufficient quantity of specimen.
FedEx is our Standard method of shipping.
There will be a flat rate shipping fee of $34.95 for home test collection kits and shipping costs will be clearly displayed on your order.
Camp Testing powered by DNA Analytical does not ship outside of the US and Canada.
We do occasionally receive notification from shippers that a provided address is invalid. In such cases, we may invoice you for the additional costs associated with the corrected delivery address for your order.
Please check the FedEx website for individual shipping guarantees and exclusions.
DELIVERY TO OUR LABS
The estimated time of delivery is next business day via FedEx.
All orders sent or brought to FedEx after close of business will be processed the following business day. Please check your local FedEx business hours to ensure your kit ships the same day.
Delivery delays occur and are out of our control.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email containing your tracking number.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENT
If your package is lost or delayed in transit, please contact FedEx to track your package HERE.
Camp Testing is not liable for any packages stolen, lost, or damaged during shipping. If your order is stolen, lost, or damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim: Customer Service and Support | FedEx. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We do not accept returns or refunds for Camp Testing at-home test collection kits.
